The Kilroy (Nevada City Engineering) project is a site that has been used for a wedding chapel and various other odd commercial ventures. This is a crazy site plan complete with waterfalls and a heart-shaped pool (Penn Valley, California). The site is only a couple of acres, but includes a little bit of everything.
